Economics Graduate | Teacher | Broadcast Tech & Operator | International Experience
My academic, teaching and learning journey has been unconventional to this point. After being ranked in the top 10% for the HSC in high school, I completed my Bachelor of Business in the top 2 percentile (HD average) with a major in Economics and minor in Finance, in addition to electives in the Humanities. I was privileged to be elected to the Dean’s Merit List for three years running, and receiving the Michael McGrath Prize for Economics, Finance and Humanity. After the completion of my under-graduate degree, I was selected for the graduate program with the Adecco Group (Fortune 500 Company) in 2019.
Despite this incredible amount of success, I grew to realise that the capitalistic and greedy nature of the corporate world is not compatible with my innate desire to empower and help people reach their potential.
This cathartic experience drove my decision to return to university to undertake my post-graduate studies. I completed my Master of Teaching (Secondary) at the Australian Catholic University. I also completed an International Summer School semester at the University of Stirling. My dedication to academic achievement and lifelong learning is epitomised by my admission into the Golden Key International Honours Society, which is only available to students within the top 15%.
Not just an academic!
Since I could walk and talk, I have lived and breathed sport. It has always been my escape mechanism throughout the stresses of life. I started my sporting commitments as a ‘park’ Touch Football player that competed socially in a ‘Fathers and Sons’ team.
Through years of dedication and hard-work, I was selected to represent Italy at the Touch Football World Cup. I currently represent Balmain Tigers in the NSW Vawdon Cup (Division 1 and 2) and State Cup. I also have represented the the Wests Magpies and currently play District League soccer.
I also work as a casual Broadcast Technician and Operator for Champion Data for various sporting events such as Suncorp Super Netball, International Cricket and AFL. I love keeping up to date with politics, popular literature, and travel news. As such, I am a regular at the theatre, cinema, and airport!

Bid Writer and Pricing Specialist @ Modis Consulting
After the completion of my graduate program, I found an incredible intrigue in the development of bid/tender collateral on Modis` data analytics, robotic process automation, managed services application modernisation. Writing, researching and collating the various Modis projects into cohesive reports and RFQ responses is a great learning curve.
My role evolved into a hybrid role that supported the client-side of the business encompassing sales bids that progressed from the opportunity owner (Business Development Manager) to the tender phase. At the same time, supporting our existing network of contractors on-site including weekly reports, timesheet approvals, assignment and contract creation and extensions.

My journey started at the construction & property recruitment arm in Spring Professional and rotated to the IT recruitment of Modis Staffing and finally to the most compelling department of Modis Consulting that specialises in SaaS solutions such as digital analytics for clients across the government and private domains.

I undertook this role whilst at university to support my studies as well earn a living whilst studying full-time. However, as my confidence and experience grew, I was trusted with important back-office duties such as invoicing, creating purchase orders, opening/closing the cash drawer, locking the stores, inventory management and managing & training new team members.
